A major oil and gas operator requested an independent peer review of an ongoing Control and Safety System Upgrade project to assess the readiness for offshore execution.
We were requested to facilitate and chair a review workshop and to make recommendations to reduce delivery risk.

After completion of the independent review, a comprehensive report, with serval key findings, was issued and presented to the client’s technical assurance and management teams.
We were able to report that the project team demonstrated a detailed understanding of the project scope and offshore execution strategy. In addition, that the project team had the necessary competence and expertise to execute the scope and that a high level of diligence had been applied throughout the project lifecycle.
Several recommendations were also provided to help further reduce delivery risk.
