Careers at ICSS

Build your judgement. Take ownership. Make complex engineering work.

At ICSS, you will work alongside specialists to turn ambiguity into clear, practical delivery across critical industrial automation projects. We are building a team of thoughtful problem solvers who care about the detail and the outcome.

Why ICSS

A place to develop practical engineering judgement.

Our work sits where safety, security, system performance, cost pressure, and live operations meet. You will help turn complex problems into decisions and delivery plans that work in the real world.

01

Work on real problems

Contribute to meaningful project and operational challenges across greenfield, brownfield, and late-life assets.

02

Learn through delivery

Build capability through practical work, direct coaching, and exposure to experienced technical and delivery specialists.

03

Grow into ownership

Take on increasing responsibility as your judgement develops, moving from supported delivery towards owning defined scopes.

04

See the whole system

Work across engineering, vendors, operations, and client teams to understand how good decisions become reliable outcomes.

How We Work

The standard is practical, accountable delivery.

Our values show up in the way we frame a problem, communicate a decision, support one another, and hold the line when pressure and complexity merge.

Bring clarity

Turn uncertainty into shared scopes, tested assumptions, clear actions, and decisions people can execute.

Own the outcome

Surface issues early, stay close to the detail, and take responsibility for work that stands up in operation.

Learn as one team

Connect disciplines, customers, vendors, and operations around the same goal, sharing knowledge as the work moves forward.
